Dean McPhail is the CEO and co-founder of a group of companies that include Coffee Partners Hawaii and Café del Caribe, the exclusive licensees of Starbucks Coffee for Hawaii (currently over 40 stores) and Puerto Rico, respectively, as well as JJC Hawaii, LLC and JJC Florida, LLC, the exclusive licensees of Jamba Juice for Hawaii and Florida, respectively with over 30 stores.
Prior to establishing Coffee Partners Hawaii, Mr. McPhail was the president and CEO of Pacific Video Entertainment Corp., the Blockbuster Video franchisee in Hawaii and Guam . Pacific Video Entertainment Corp. owned and operated 16 Blockbuster Video stores in Hawaii and 2 in Guam and was sold to Viacom in March 1996.
Greg Baty
Greg Baty is a founding partner in Lakefront Ventures which owns and operates over 30 blockbuster Video Stores and 5 Jamba Juice Stores . Lakefront Ventures specializes in owning and operating franchise businesses with large area development opportunities. Greg has owned and operated Blockbuster Video stores for the past 12 years. Prior to founding Lakefront ventures, Mr. Baty was a principal in a venture capital firm funding high tech and franchise related operations. Greg is a 9 year veteran NFL football player and graduated with an MBA from Stanford University .
Joe O'Neill
Joe is currently the CFO of Rumbi Island Grill, after leaving Jamba Juice where he was also the Chief Financial Officer and helped bring the company to the point of going public; the second company with which he has done so. Joe is a strategic thinker and planner and has spent his entire career growing companies with precision.
Trevor Sanders
Trevor has spent the past decade as an area developer of Jamba Juice with 17 Stores in two different states and still growing. He leads the franchise community with store performance. Trevor also owns and operates a new franchise concept in Sacramento California , Dos Coyotes, a “Fresh Mex” concept. He understands how to grow franchise businesses through working on the business as well as working in the business.
